Tendon Alpine 7.9 mm Complete Shield is a climbing half rope of the highest standard, also approved as a twin rope! Super multi-purpose allows you to give your best on trad and sport long routes, but also on ice and mixed climbing.

With its 7.9 mm diameter it has an extremely low weight of 39 grams per meter. Unparalleled in the alpine environment, where every extra gram can make a difference.

This version also features the Complete Shield treatment, which protects the rope from water, dirt and abrasion.

This coating is achieved using the new method of Progressive Nanotechnology. Tiny particles of Eco Teflon are applied to the sheath and core of the rope and form a film of nearly impermeable protective layer. The rope strands in this way are protected from dust and water, which would otherwise damage the rope structure. Complete Shield is an impregnation that greatly extends the overall durability of Tendon ropes.
